MobiHand-Powered BlackBerry App Store Launched
CrackBerry.com, the largest Internet community for BlackBerry (News - Alert) enthusiasts, has launched the first MobiHand-powered, on-device App Store for BlackBerry smartphone users.
MobiHand is a provider of mobile content and application stores. MobiHand powers hundreds of co-branded app stores worldwide with a catalog of over 10,000 mobile applications, media products, and subscription services from over 600 content providers.
CrackBerry.com and MobiHand are running their largest "MobileHeist" event ever to celebrate the launch of the new store. They provide 25 top-selling BlackBerry applications for only $9.95, which means customers will get discounts as high as 70 percent. Running from September 23-29, the MobileHeist will be available only in the on-device CrackBerry App Store.
The new on-device store lets users to easily and quickly browse and search thousands of applications compatible with their specific phone. They can search by best-sellers, new, updated, free, and discounted categories. The store will integrate with BlackBerry Wallet to make users' initial purchase faster and easier. Users can purchase applications with a single click and have them delivered over-the-air within seconds once they are registered.
CrackBerry feels that MobiHand has once again delivered unique innovation and services for the BlackBerry community. The new CrackBerry App Store will offer considerable improvement in user experience and is expected to fast become the preferred mode of purchase by expert users and novices alike. This is also going to be very helpful when BlackBerry users want to add software enhancements and media to their device.
