Centennial Wireless Picks Interop CSC Gateway to Expand Content Offerings Centennial Wireless, a regional wireless telecommunications provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of Centennial Communications, is now using Interop’s (News - Alert) hosted CSC Gateway in its GSM
Jeremy Bracey, marketing director at Centennial Wireless, said in a statement that the Interop CSC Gateway (News - Alert) will help the company deliver a much broader offering of revenue-generating content. This hosted solution provides fast time to market at minimal capital investment.
Brian Moore (News - Alert), vice president of sales at Interop Technologies, expressed his company’s delight to support the growth in content demand that Centennial Wireless is experiencing. He pointed out that this is not the first time Centennial Communications (News - Alert) business has selected one of its wireless solutions; last year, Centennial Wireless of Puerto Rico deployed the Interop Technologies Ringback Tone solution for its network.
As the complete Interop Technologies CSC Gateway solution provides immediate connectivity to numerous content aggregators, Centennial Wireless is able to expand its content portfolio quickly and exponentially with a single relationship. In addition, the gateway also accommodates strong growth in the use of short codes enabling the operator’s customers to choose from a huge selection of the latest wallpapers, ringtones, and additional content.
Interop Technologies is a provider of wireless technology solutions for the global wireless, packaged goods, and content industries. The company was in the news last month for opening its new corporate offices located at 13500 Powers Court in Fort Myers, Florida.
